Deck out your golf cart, boat or truck in red, white and blue or just simply watch the parade from the sidelines at the annual 4th of July Parade in Pawleys Island.
The Market Common, 7:30 am
Run for the red, white & blue this 4th of July! Race through Market Common in the 10th Annual Myrtle Beach Independence Day 5K.
Marina Park at Grande Dunes, 10 am
Do you like cupcakes? Are you 18 years of age or older? Think you can take down a lot of food in a timed competition? Sign up for the 8th Annual 4th of July Cupcake Eating Contest presented by Croissants Bakery! The winner receives a trophy, $500 cash and tickets to various Myrtle Beach attractions.
MarshWalk of Murrells Inlet, 10 pm
If you are in our neck of the woods, be sure to view the fireworks set off at the MarshWalk around 10 pm! You’ll be able to see them from the Marlin Quay Marina, so enjoy the show!
